We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days after your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your payment.
This satisfaction guarantee applies only to your first purchase with us and does not apply to subsequent renewals or additional services.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, you must:
- Request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- Provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction
- Have an account in good standing (not suspended for policy violations)
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain name registrations or transfers
- Custom setup fees or one-time services that have already been performed
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Renewal payments (after the initial purchase)
4. Service Outages and Technical Issues
In the event of significant service outages or technical issues that are our responsibility:
- For outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, we may provide service credits or partial refunds at our discretion
- For recurring technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a full or partial refund
Refunds for service outages or technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification by our technical team.
5. Cancellation Policy

- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of your current billing period

- All data associated with your service will be deleted after the service expires

The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and is beyond our control.
